Yolami Business Directory (“Yolami”, “we”, “our”, or “the platform”) is owned and operated by Technovia Limited. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for paid listings and subscription services offered on Yolami.com.


By purchasing any paid service on our platform, you agree to the terms stated below.



1. Free Listings 

Yolami provides a free business listing option. Because these listings do not incur charges, refunds do not apply to free service tiers.



2. Paid Listings

Paid listings, subscription packages, featured placements, promotional boosts, and other premium listing services are billed upon activation. These payments help support the visibility and promotion of your business across our directory.


All payments for paid listings are generally non-refundable, except in the situations outlined below.



3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:


A. Service Not Delivered

A full refund may be granted if:


  • Your paid listing was not published, or

  • A paid feature was not activated within the expected time frame due to a system error caused by Yolami.


B. Duplicate Payments

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same listing or subscription, we will refund the duplicate payment upon verification.


C. Technical Issues Preventing Use

If a verified technical issue originating from Yolami prevents you from using your paid features and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 working days, you may request a refund.



4. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:


  • You change your mind after purchasing a paid listing.

  • Your listing is rejected due to violation of Yolami’s content or listing policies.

  • You requested removal or cancellation of your listing before its paid duration expires.

  • Lack of results, traffic, or customer response—Yolami does not guarantee business outcome or engagement.

  • You failed to provide complete or accurate information required to activate your listing.

  • Issues arising from third-party services or external websites beyond Yolami’s control.



5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email our support team at:

Include the following details:


  • Your full name
  • Business listing name
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund


Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.



6. Cancellation of Paid Listings

You may cancel your paid listing at any time; however, cancellation does not automatically mean a refund. Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period unless you request removal.



7. Changes to This Refund Policy

Technovia Limited reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
